Spring Concert raises more than $3200 for Marjory Stoneman Douglas High

In a concert dedicated to the victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting, R4R performers rocked their largest ever crowd. The fundraiser netted over $3200 in the united school effort.

Rock for Relief performers entertained the crowds at the closing of the RE Stronger Together Relief Festival benefitting regions hit by hurricane disasters. It was great to see the Ransom community come together for such a great cause.

There was a terrific turn out for the Rock 4 Relief Club at the annual Ransom Everglades Club Fair in the Henry Anderson Gymnasium. New officers Raquel Coronell, Isa Pena along with returning officers, Jacob Tie-Shue and Maia Mora, invited new members to join the organization.
Rock Spring Concert Benefit raises almost $3k for Breakthrough Miami

Rock 4 Relief officers Jacob Tie-Shue, Maia Mora, Ben Arriola, Rafi Jimenez and technical director Quincy presented Breakthrough site director Charles Webber with a check for $2,825. The proceeds were raised at the Rock 4 Relief Spring Concert held at Ransom Everglades.

Rock For Relief performs for patients at West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital
October 1, 2016 – Miami, FL
Rock 4 Relief officers Maia Mora, Ben Arriola and Jacob Tie-Shue kicked off our first volunteering session with Mind & Melody, a local charity focusing on the enrichment of those with dementia and neurological impairments. We spent the day at West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital providing interactive sessions teaching and performing music for patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. It was amazing to see how uplifting music was for the patients!
